Latina Women’s League is excited to present its 21st Annual Film Festival. This year’s theme is “Enriching Cultures, Empowering Communities”. This theme recognizes that migration is not a loss, but a transformation — of both people and places. It’s about hope, opportunity, and the shared human desire to build something better.
